Marshall-James team:

Marshall-James provides expert advisory and delivery services in all aspects of Employee Relations.

We offer excellent capability in all areas of Employee Relations, giving underperforming organisations the benefit of our unique expertise on a retained or case-by-case basis. Our highly experienced team works closely with organisations seeking to bring about change in their current Employee Relations environments. Whether by seeking to alter working practices, terms and conditions or restrictive agreements in order to reduce labour costs, or looking to improve engagement, morale and productivity we produce the right result.

Established in 2006, Marshall-James was created around the simple philosophy of "making Employee Relations work", recognising that regardless of sector or scale, businesses and institutions need viable Employee Relations structures in order to reach the performance levels necessary for success. Our clients are small and large organisations and entrepreneurs across the private, public and voluntary sectors. We work with Boards and senior management teams from institutions ranging from investment banks and asset managers to county councils and transport providers.

Working in close partnership with in-house resources, Marshall-James will focus very sharply on the issues and work to resolve them as quickly and as effectively as possible. We seek to establish an ongoing relationship with clients wherever we can but will not seek to create a dependency on our services.
