Kirstie Quinnin

Kirstie has a thorough grounding in all areas of HR and expertise in Performance Management, Managing Change and Leadership Development. She has an enviable knowledge of employment law, and spends much of her time working with and coaching managers.

She has worked with Marshall-James for three years on a variety of HR projects in the public and private sector. Her experience has helped many organisations (The British Council, The British Library, The Learning Trust, Genesys) by providing coaching and support at an individual and an organisational level.

Kirstie has managed HR departments and provided expertise to Executive Teams in developing strategic goals and delivered aligned HR strategies to contribute to an overall business strategy.

The advice and support she offers on motivating staff through communication, systems and skills development enables leaders to make fair and thoughtful decisions about people in the day to day and strategic direction of a business.
