It is a well researched fact that engaged employees will be an asset to any organisation and will work with managers to achieve the goals of the organisation. The damage that de-motivated, disinterested employees cause should not be under-estimated.
Our work in employee engagement focuses on the way organisations communicate with employees, the messages that employees hear and how these messages translate into how employees feel about the employer. Our goal is to work with organisations and their senior team to communicate in the best possible way, without confusing the messages or over-communicating.
Many organisations don't communicate at all for fear of upsetting union colleagues or feel that they do a great job when it comes to communications, but that is then not how the receivers feel, so it actually has a negative impact.
