Using his extensive experience as a HR Director in his role at Marshall-James, Jon offers a broad range of business and HR support including Employee Engagement and Relations, change management, HR transformation and business re-engineering.
Jon has worked as part of UK and European Operating Boards for Unilever and led on major change activity, including a national and regional lead on employee engagement and associated negotiating and consultation arrangements. This experience has also been applied to a diverse base of clients.
Working to achieve sustainable change in a collaborative and energising manner is a key motivation for Jon.
