Roger Roberts
Roger is a specialist in employee relations & engagement helping companies to set up & obtain the best results from their relationships with trade unions. He is also an experienced change management consultant & has undertaken a wide variety of projects helping companies with sensitive HR/ER projects.
Roger had a long career in HR,ER & Operations Management at Tesco where he was responsible for the much reported Tesco/Usdaw Partnership relationship. He was Employee Relations Director for Tesco until 2009.
More recently Roger's assignments include projects in aviation,publishing,utilities,retailing & distribution.
Roger has a degree in Politics, is a past member of the Employment Tribunals & is a current member of the Central Arbitration Committee. He is married with two children.
