He applies his experience to projects and sensitive change programmes where he brings energy, speed and precision to the achievement of planned outcomes.
Programme management is an essential tool to achieving complex and challenging projects and this approach is at the heart of how Marshall-James approaches work with clients.
Early in his career Peter worked with insurers Legal & General where he delivered a range of successful programmes across the L&G plc group. More recently at BAA Peter worked with a wide range of functions delivering businesses leading programmes at strategic and operational levels.
