Developing ER and Engagement Skills

We offer a full programme of training and development workshops specifically in the areas of employee engagement and employee relations. These workshops are designed to be delivered in-house and cater for between one and 15 attendees, making them excellent value for money.

We also provide 1:1 coaching and mentoring sessions which are perfect for HR professionals and line managers who want to increase their understanding, knowledge and confidence in the area of employee relations, industrial relations and employee engagement.

Our workshops are run by very experienced and knowledgable practitioners who also work with clients on consulting projects, so their experience is completely up to date.
