Shared Services

We work with clients who are thinking of introducing a shared service model into HR, or who have already introduced the model but are having issues relating to its success.

Our experience in this area is comprehensive and we offer practical advice to employers on how to structure shared services based on the uniqueness of their organisation and what will practically work. We are also able to support the implementation and communication of the new way of working.

We do not preach the 3-box model as being the panacea as, invariably, organisations find that a modified version works for them instead of trying to fit the organisation's requirements into one particular model.

The biggest issues we help organisations with relate to structure, processes and infrastructure, and in enabling meaningful communication with the organisation and within the HR team. These are all significant challenges that cannot be underestimated and often, being able to learn from others' mistakes and experience of what does work provides an excellent basis from which to progress.
